We do this to make sure that you have a trouble free experience with them. We measure all the clearances, make sure all your synchro's are in good condition and send it back to you in full working order. Club RSX was the first ones to ever build, install, and test these gears so we have already gotten all the trouble spots out the way. Installation experience counts with a product like this and Club RSX has that experience.

There is no promise that these gears will never break under heavy horsepower or racing application because Honda transmissions have built in weak points. This gear set is super strong but it can't overcome some of those weak points. Some may break these gears and some might not. The difference is, these gears are much stronger than stock and it should fix a lot of gear shearing issues that people have experienced. They also have a much deeper tooth profile than stock which is going to do a lot to reduce the gear failures that a lot of people has experienced. So, these can't be promised as guaranteed as not to break but they are going to handle a lot more abuse than the stock gears. For those looking for a worry free transmission, this is a great way to go!

Shipping Explained
Once you order Club RSX will send you a box for you to ship your transmission back to us in. This box is large enough to fit your transmission and includes a wooden base and the bolts for you to secure your transmission. In that box there is a return label for you to send your transmission back to us free of charge. All you have to do is call UPS and have them pick up the box from you. Once we get the transmission back and do the work we will ship it back to you free of charge as well. All that you have to do is remove and reinstall the transmission, we take care of the rest!

Along with Alaska and Hawaii, Club RSX will ship to most country's in the world. To get a shipping quote, all that you need to do is add the items that you would like to purchase to your basket and follow the check out steps. Once you reach the shipping and payment screen that will give you both your shipping costs and payment options. Club RSX uses Global EMS (US Mail) and/or UPS to ship internationally. Some items that we sell are too large to be shipped using Global EMS so UPS would be your only option.
