Club RSX has been working with the k-series manual transmission since it was first released in 2001. With experience from fixing 2nd gear grinds to building full race transmissions we have done it all. Now you can benefit from these years of experience by having Club RSX work on your manual transmission.
Do you have the typical k-series 2nd or 3rd gear grind? This is a common problem on all k-series transmissions. What has happened is the synchro on your gear has worn down and the teeth are rounded so it doesn't go into gear properly. The only fix is to replace the problem gear(s) with a new gear and synchro. This is the service that we off, replace the worn gear and synchro with a new one from Honda. All you have to do is select the gear(s) above that you are having issues with and we will replace them for you once we get your transmission. We will also inspect your other gears and let you know if any of them need replacing. From our experience, the 2nd gear is the worst followed closely by the 3rd gear.
Shipping Explained
Once you order Club RSX will send you a box for you to ship your transmission back to us in. This box is large enough to fit your transmission and includes a wooden base and the bolts for you to secure your transmission. In that box there is a return label for you to send your transmission back to us free of charge. All you have to do is call UPS and have them pick up the box from you. Once we get the transmission back and do the work we will ship it back to you free of charge as well. All that you have to do is remove and reinstall the transmission, we take care of the rest!

We feel this allows you to purchase when you want and not have to wait to order a lot of items at once to save on shipping costs. At Club RSX.com the price that you see is the price that you pay each and every time. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders are extra and not included in the free shipping offer.

Along with Alaska and Hawaii, Club RSX will ship to most country's in the world. To get a shipping quote, all that you need to do is add the items that you would like to purchase to your basket and follow the check out steps. Once you reach the shipping and payment screen that will give you both your shipping costs and payment options. Club RSX uses Global EMS (US Mail) and/or UPS to ship internationally. Some items that we sell are too large to be shipped using Global EMS so UPS would be your only option.
