The quality of the replacement windshield washer bottle was horrible, and it took them two more tries (and 8 months) to get it right. The first bottle leaked, and when I contacted Injen, the customer support tech was extremely rude to me and refused to believe me. After I finally received a replacement bottle, I discovered that it leaked even worse. After having Injen ignore me for the next few months, I finally got them to admit their mistake, and send me yet another bottle, that this time didn't leak. I wrote them a lengthy e-mail explaining my dissatisfaction with them, and they have still yet to respond to me. Bottom line, this cold air intake is a great intake, but is produced by a company that is horrendous at customer service and that is unwilling to support their product.
