This adapter provides the SOLUTION for directly bolting up a 2002-2006 RSX-S/ITR or 2002-2005 Civic Si/CTR throttle body to an Accord Euro R, 2006-2008 Civic Si, or 2004-2005 TSX intake manifold.

Ease of fitment has been confirmed for the following vehicle/engine/mount combinations:

• 1992-1995 Honda Civics equipped with a K20 engine and Hasport EGK1 engine mounts
• 1996-2000 Honda Civics equipped with a K20/K24 engine and Hasport EKK2 engine mounts
• 1994-2001 Acura Integras equipped with a K20 engine and Hasport EGK1 engine mounts
• 2002-2006 Acura RSX-S/Honda ITRs with a K20 engine and all available engine mounts
  
  All mounting hardware is provided for attaching the adapter to the intake manifold and the throttle body to the adapter. Two rubber plugs are additionally included in order to plug the unused MAP sensor port located on the RBC/RRB/RBB intake manifold as well as the ability to plug the EVAP Purge Control Valve port if desiring to do so in order to gain additional hood clearances.

RBC Install / Karcepts Adpater, 4.21.2009 Reviewer: Chris411 (Columbus, Ohio) Received the item in no time shipping was fast and everything needed was included. Well almost everything. If you are ordering this and running a CAI. Go ahead and order the Gates hose for the Rad. it will save you a ton of hassle. I had my RBC on first and the reposition of the CAI pipe caused by the RBC and Karcepts adapter puts it really close to the RAD hose. I found twice where it had popped the CAI pipe off the elbow coming from the TB. Although this made a really cool almost "supercharger" sound it is not a good idea since you are pulling unfiltered air right into the motor (via the TB). Also since you will have the car off for a while installing everything it is the perfect time to swap the hose and flush your coolant as well.
