At Club RSX we realize that returns and exchanges are a part of purchasing process and we do our best to make it as painless as possible. Before you take the time to fill out this form, please ask yourself the follow questions:
1. Am I returning the product in the same exact condition that I received it?
2. Is the product unopened and in brand new condition?
3. Did I receive the product within the past 30 days?
If you are able to answer yes to all of those questions then please continue, if not then we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
Club RSX Return Policy (Updated: 9/17/2010)
Club RSX will only take back unopened and unused product(s) within 30 days from the date you received the item(s). Club RSX does have the right to refuse a return for any reason. All returns are subject to a restocking fee that could be up to 30% of the purchase price, although it is often times much less. If you return an item that has been opened, attempted to be installed, or not in a new and sellable condition we will return the product(s) back to you at your expense. Special order items are not returnable for any reason. All product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, there are no exceptions to this. All returns must be double boxed, so you have to put the original box inside another box. You must send the product(s) back with a RMA number on the outside of the box or we will refuse your return. You must also include the returns form that Club RSX will email you once we approve your return. If you send the product(s) back without the return paperwork we will not process the return and the item(s) will be refused and sent back to. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping back to us, any shipments sent with money owed will be refused. Club RSX only sells new, unopened products and that is what we expect when a product(s) is returned to us. This policy is subject to change at any time.
