I have an HID kit installed in my foglights, but from driving at night, I can tell I am hitting other people in the eyes. My fogs are 35w 6000k which I will be soon changing to 55w 3000k. How low should I aim them?

let me start off by saying i've aimed headlights plenty of times and never once had a problem.... I recently swapped out my old projectors for the new style ones and i'm trying to aim headlights again... i understand that tightening (clockwise)the adjuster will aim lower and loosing the adjuster...

I am having an issue aiming my headlights. I have ebay projos (2nd gen) running a 6000k 55W digital kit. I am attempting to aim them down as they are insanely high. When i turn the adjuster, it moves the beam down, but also aims them in at the same time. I am not sure if there are 2 adjusters...
