did my CRSX spring install yestarday everything went great up intill we tried to put the front ball joint/tie rod end back into the passenger side. problem is that the threading is pritty torn up on the ball joint and the nut wouldn't go back on. Right now I'm looking for what I can do...
Anyone used the Mothers Power Ball on your wheels? I kind of reminds me of that "Flitz" ball. I am thinking of getting on but really don't know what I'm in for. I have wheels with those fake allen nuts all around them and hate getting in there with a toothbrush to clean them.
we didnt not have a ball joint seperator so we tapped the bolt with a hammer to disconnect the suspension. I think we messed up the thread so we went to buy a tool to rethread. The problem now is that when we try to screw the nut, the bolt turns with it too.
What can we do? Damn
Hey guys, i just finished puttin on my rims on and i when i put them on i noticed on the driver side front that the ball joint was leaking and i was just wondering if it has come across anybody else. and if you knew how much it would cost because i dropped the car so i have no warrany there
I decided to install my Tein springs the other day, but I couldn't get the damn ball joint off the strut arm. I don't have the ball joint splitter and decided to do the hammer method. I don't even know how many times I hit the damn thing. Maybe 50? It still wouldn't budge.

I have a question that i have been always wondering about in my head, but dont have enough experience and knowledge to answer it... the rsx as we all know is front wheel drive. and traction is a big issue and if you get a ball-bearing turbo that makes it even worse. But i really like ball...
Has anyone tried using a ceramic ball bearing t3/t4 with a cybernation kit. The reason i ask is because i got a great deal on a t3/t4 ceramic turbo it is a 54 trim with a stage 2 exhaust wheel. :dontknow:
I just found 7 Garret GTBB 3037s. These are dual ball bearing, extremely efficient turbos. The are the same spec as the HKS 3037. Garret sells the turbos for $2500 and HKS sells it for $2900
I can get these for $1800 ea.
These turbos are good to 500-550hp.. which is perfect for for a daily...
