Hey guys, for some reason my car won't turn on the low beams. They worked just fine earlier today, and all the other lights on my car work, even the brights, but now the low beams won't turn on. I've checked both 15A fuses under the hood for the L/R headlights, but they're fine. What's going on?

I realize the fog lights are suppose to be cut off when the high beams are turned on. However I do not have a relay for my girlfriends RSX. She wants her fogs to be run off of her low beams so they will stay on while the high beams are on. Is there a way to accomplish this?
