I was wondering if anyone has replace their rear coiloevers bottom bushings before?
Mine seized onto the cars trailing arms and I need new ones.
Will Energy Suspensions work? Or oem?
I tried contacting the Coilovers company but they only offer to repair.

Can someone give me any tips here on how to pull out the bottom bolt from the rear suspension/coilover. I got the nut off but the bolt wont slide out.
It's been awhile since I installed these into my rsx, its time to take them out.

Putting on my coilovers and I've gotten all of them done except I can't fill get this bolt off it was seized and I was able to get it off the nut but now it just spins endless when I try and take it off
TLDR; I'm a noob with regards to engine work on a tight budget and found a shitstorm in my oil pan. Which is riskier: leaving the block and head uncleaned and flushing the oil a few times after putting it back toghether, or taking everything apart as a noob and possibly introduce other problems...
