So i have a 170k mile 2003 rsx type s.
My 3rd gear dosent go in everytime, and will pop out.
My second gear also grinds every so often.
Is there a quick fix for this?
And im going to be road racing this car.
Now for the future, should i get a semi used stock trans, or rebuild my transmission...

K24 hybrid motor blew this weekend at Buttonwillow :(. Hole in the short block but my head may still be good. Since this car was my daily driver, looking for a replacement short block relatively quickly. If you've got any leads please PM or reply here with lead.

There are more parts ill be adding as I know I have probably forgotten, bay is shaved and painted as well.
Long story short, I attempted to turbo my stock (high mileage) Z1 and blew my motor on the dyno. Foolish, i know. Rod #2 bent and shot out the block. Made 350 at 7psi before pushing for 400 and watching my dreams come to an end.
So, now I'm stuck on whether building a k24a2 block or a k20z1...
