buzzing sound coming from driver side vent @4000 rpm. When rolling and in neutral, if I rev to 4000 rpms I get the noise. But it doesn't happen when I am idle. Removed heat shield as other post suggested, but I still get the noise. Anyone else have this problem?

I have D2 Racing RS coilovers and the locking ring on the bottom keeps coming loose. They're a threaded body design and even when i tighten the hell out of the locking ring the wheel/shock still has play in it, i can shake the wheel back and forth when the cars on jack stands. Has anyone else...
