Both of the lights in the title are out I've checked all the fuses and I changed the bulb in the glove box and till no luck. Could it be something else besides a wiring issue?

So my tray but that holds the ash tray locked broke today. It is still together just doesnt have that little spring or whatever it is to keep it locked. Its just lose now. Any way of taking it apart and fixing it. Any help would be great thanks.
