I want to repaint my car, but I dont want it to be a coating ontop of my original paint, how much would it coast for them to sand down the original paint and you know... do the rest from there. when its all done will it look just as good as a factory painted white rsx?

So theres a small used car dealership around my area that has an RSX with a full aspec lip kit in my color..... my question is... is it common or does anyone know... would a dealer or small place like this sell the lip kit to me alone if i were to lets say give cash and trade my stock lips?
