I just noticed when putting on my oil pan that i have one rod that is backwards. Like i put the notched side on the opposite side of the arrow on the piston. The crank spins freely and the bearing clearance was in spec when torqued. Think this should be changed?

My AC doesn't work so I removed the relay that starts the condenser, however the AC cooling fan still works. I was wondering if I could reverse it's direction to pull heat out of the engine bay on hot days. Anyone know if this would work? IE: Reversing the wires?
