By looking at the Mugen radiator duct for awhile it just reminded me of a regular license plate frame.So what if you can just purchase a -jdm civic license plate frame -cut your ep usdm bumper to the shape of the jdm civic license plate frame -mount a screw on each corner of your usdm bumper...
