do car dusters scratch ur paint or are they a great tool to use any opinions

Yeh or Neigh?? The best thing since sliced bread or sandpaper with a wooden handle?? I have a base model with eternal blue paint and the dust is bothering me. I do not have time to wash 5 times a week so I am looking at this product. Help..
