Has TYC released the masked/paintable tail light for sale to the public?

Ok, i've searched everywhere for these tail lights. I don't know if these were custom made or what. But I have a poster with them on our RSX. It's on a black Veilside RSX as a matter of fact. Has anyone seen them and know where to get them? Thanks!:thumbsup:
