looking for specs how to torque rsx s head on a 2005 or a helms manual, thanks

Where the hell are all the torque specs? I've looked this thing over and seem to have missed them. I checked the individual sections, for example, I'm gonna be putting coilovers on soon. I looked through suspension section and didn't see torque specs! Thanks for any info/help.

Honestly one of the best things I bought when I had RSX. Spine is in good condition and not torn. No missing or ripped pages. Very few pages have finger marks or are dirty for that matter, only part that is kind of dirty is the edges along the pages as pictures. Asking $50 shipped w/ paypal USPS...
