Need help with engine hessitaions or knocks , i currently have kpro and i have the cai stock tuned cal loaded but I used to never get Knocks but all of a sudden driving up hill I'm experiencing huge engine cut out ?

i have random knocks up to 3 no more than. when it happens i get one here and there meaning sometimes at low rpm around 3k and cruising between 6500-7000. this knocks happens once in a while my question is should i worry about it? any help is appreciated. thank you, B

I just installed a rear camber kit. after i lined up the rear wheels best I could. the left rear wheel has a knocking sound when I turn hard right, as I put weight on it or bumps.
