lighs

interior dash lights dont work headlights work break lights work but the interior lights and taillights dont work i was messing around with the radio out and i noticed the dimmer wasnt working so but i checked all the fuses and they're fine WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know that it is probably very difficult but could anyone help me. I really want to black out my headlights. I see that you take them out, but after that what should i do? what do i use to make it black. Any help at all would be great, it is summer time and i have plenty of time on my hands...
