Because of the winter season, in my underground parking garage water seeps through the cracks and drips on the cars in some spots. I just washed my car and cant get it off! It is really pissing me off. It has these water spot like drips, that like dirt, but you cant rub them off very well...

just took a pic after cleaning it up.. my bumper was sagging for some reason.. bout 1/2 an inch. Took off, screwed everything back in, some new brackets.. and it's all good. Apperantly vibration and such just vibrated some screws loose after time. vs a couple weeks ago.. u can clearly...
