I’m having a low frequency knock every .5 seconds at idle, it disappears above idle rpm and I’m stumped.

I have a k20a2 with an A/C and power steering delete. Has a weird whining noise coming from the 2nd from the bottom pulley. It is right above the crank. Any ideas as to what pulley this one is called? Kind of looks like a ninja star
I have been hearing this noise since past few days and it is from crankshaft pulley, belt tension is fine, I’m using gatorback belt. Noise goes away for a few seconds when i spray WD40 or water on pulley. Any idea?
