So I’m pretty new into cars as I’m still young and the RSX is my first and only car I ever owned , the maintenance reqd light came on not to long ago but I recently changed the oil . What should I do ? Is there other oils I need to take care of ? Thanks in advance .

This just started up recently, when I turn the key into the "on" position my maintenance required light flashes 10 times before shutting off. This light has never popped up before while driving and I just changed the oil at 120,000 miles.
