Ok, so I decided that I was going to use my trip B function to keep track of my oil changes. Just like I use trip a to know how many miles I'm getting to a tank. Anyway it reset itself somewhere over 940 miles the first time. I just blamed it on myself and started it over. Then i check it today...

So I got a head unit for christmas (JVC KW AV50) I really like it but it will work fine for like a week, no problems, no random cutting off, nothing. But then I'll start the car and it won't turn on. I have to pull it out, unplug the harness, plug it back in and redo all my settings, it's done...

ive programmed it and it works when it once to... it would work for a couple hours then become unresponsive and ill have to reprogram the remote but then again it will restart. what can i do to solve this problem any suggestions?

Is resetting ecu a must after installing a new aftermarket intake(Aem v2)?

i recently had a system installed in my rsx and it sound great, but im having a lil annoying problem with the headunit, i adjust all my high's mid's and low's all with the headunit and save them but when i turn off the car and start it back up it resets them back to normal (Wut ever setting)...

I tried the usual RSX sequence, hold trip reset---> on II ---> hold till light disappears but it didn't work. Is there a difference in the procedure?

i follow the instructions posted...but everytime im finished and i think it worked (i heard the actuators) i go to try it out and it doesnt work...any input on why????????

When disconnecting the battery, does the ECU lose all of its information? For example, would it lose information about max engine speed (in an overrev situation)?

Is it more benefitial to reset the ECU more than once (say 2 or 3x) after installing a CAI? Does it get "smarter" and calculate air/fuel mixture better after each time?
