Okay, so everytime i change gears btw 1-3 in my 02 rsx, while the car the jerks there are small squeak sounds noticeable inside & outside the car... help!! motor mounts, belt, whats the problem?

when i am coming to a stop and if i brake early and gradually then my car rocks forward and backwards so i'm basically like rocking until i come to a complete stop but if i wait til the end and brake hard then its not as bad. my brake pads have lots of life left. any ideas?
