Hey guys I’m replacing my driver side lock actuator however I took everything a part it went smooth but I can’t for the life of me get those 3 screws loose. So I put everything back together. What is the best way to remove them without stripping them ?

ordered front and rear sway bar bushings; kseries parts sized them and told me what to order; they got it completely wrong, parts don't fit; they won't respond to my request to fix it. is there someone specific there I should talk to, or should I just add them to the dooshbag list?
