idk where to post this..BUT is any one on here from NY..weither it be long island the city of up state..i need a good shop that would be able to sleeve the k20 block bore nd stroke it..install better rods, forged pistons nd cam it out..im plannin on building a solid block so i can install a 35r on.
OK I want to sleeve my k20a2 block, I have looked up some prices and a bit more than i wanted to spend and not realy know the best way. ok so i was thinking about sleeving mine or buying a sleeved 1 and just selling the other so please give me some feed back on options!!!
I know many guys go with a sleeved block or a block gaurd on turbo'd cars. But i was wondering would it have any negative drawbacks of sleeving the block to a N/A setup? Just wondering if someone could help me out.
Where have most of you guys/gals had your blocks sleeved? I contacted ERL and they were a bit out of my league, it was about $2250 To have the block sleeved/assembled, then balanced. I was wandering if you chose AEBS, or GE, or Benson, etc... and where if a shop did it you had it done. Please...
