Whats the best method for this? I was washing the car the other day and didn't really know what to use to get it looking shiny and good looking. I didn't bother really washing it because I was unsure. Just looking for some advice. I have a magnaflow exhaust dunno if that makes a difference...

i was cleaning my engine bay.. so after i rinsed off, i started drying the engine bay. while drying the engine cover, i opened up the oil cap, and 2-3 drop of water drips into the oil reservoir. will it hurt the engine?? my oil change is still a long way to go
