Is it ok to use clorox wipes to clean inside the car? I have read different things, some say its ok, others say it will eat away at the interior. Such as Leather, rubber, and plastics. Is this true? :noes: I just thought someone into car detailing would know. :beerchug:
I have used these wipes twice, and I don't really like the outcome... when I rub them on the interior it leaves the white like soapy residue on the stuff rather than just shining it up... as well when it's all dry some spots of the interior are shiny and than some other spots are dull(probably...
i used my new turtle wax leather wipes today. I dont really like the result. my seats now feel plasticy and i didnt get ever inch of my leather so there are now spots. do you think wiping it all down with a damp towel will do the tricK?:dontknow:
pledge is a furniture polish and I was wondering if you can use in our interior. it works well with counters in my house and reduce dust build up... but a whole lot. I was wondering if it risking using it in our surface, liek would it crack our interior.... ect
i've notice the amour all commercials ... they said it cleans the car and protect it from UV ray ... ~ :dontknow: wat's up with uv ray and car ... and how and where i use the WIPES or the SPRAY ... interior or exterior ? :crying:
Well i just used the wipes and i hate the shine it left, i did some searches and if i pick up the lexol will it not leave that shiny look to the seats.
Also i really want somthing to use on my dash and doors, but i dont want a shine or anything. I used i used "meguiars natural shine" for...
I found that I really like these to touch up.
They are really useful and one wipe does a lot of work.
Like if I'm spraying my windows with a glass cleaner...some will get on the car, and I just use these to take the excess off, and random grime....
anyone else use these?
I just want everyone to know, I tried out Meguire's leather wipes and interior cleaner wipes, and they SUCK SO BAD! My leather is all shiny and blotchy now, feels like crap, and my interior vinyl and stuff has streaks all over. So do NOT use these crappy products!
Picked up some armor all wipes today, a 3 pack that has a cleaner, protectant and glass cleaner. The first 2 work really nice, the glass cleaner on the other hand is a pain in the ass. Here's some pics of my dash after.. didn't think of doing a before shot, oh well.
