Wider wheels and tires will cause your MPG to drop slightly, but not enough to go to 200-220 a tank. When I got wider wheels and tires I went from 345~ to 300~ per tank.Sorry, been MIA for a couple of days but car is at around 85K miles now and turns out my clutch master cylinder was bad so I had that replaced. Also had the mechanics check my internals and sensors and they said the car is in tip-top shape.
Either you, or have a mechanic do it, remove the throttle body and clean the IACV. I did that to mine and started getting better mileage. Fuel system cleaners help, but that stuff is gunked on there. I had to use carb cleaner and a toothbrush to get that stuff off of there.
Might not completely fix your issue, but I can guarantee it will help.
