I did the same cuz my ax compressor went out an the bearing whined a lot. As far as tq and hp it's still just a 4 banger rsx lol. Not going to make it much faster if any. I didn't notice a difference.
Just a four banger? You do realize which forum you're on right? Your comment is vague, but I should have re-worded mine as well. Obviously I don't expect a miracle from A/C delete. However, such delete paired with light weight and balanced under drive pulleys should theoretically allow the engine to recover (not add) the whp/wtq that is robbed from the A/C under drive pulley. The NST light weight pulleys by themselves have already been dyno proven to give back 3-6whp for the Civic Si guys over at 8thcivic.com.

Any body with real input?

Sorry didn't mean to offend. But anyway if you look at it that way I guess it can bring back some power but nothing noticeable. I'm just telling you from my experience because I have done it. Didn't make any difference except made the car quieter which is nice

Thanks for all the info guys. From all your posts in this thread, these were the 3 belts that supposedly work.
- Duralast 537k6 @ Autozone
- Gates part K060532
- Drive Rite 5060540dr @ Pepboys

Napa cross referenced them and they are all different length 6 rib belts. Here are the Napa part numbers:
25060539
25060535
25060532

I used the 25060535 on my setup K24a4 block (water pump and tensioner) with K20z3 crank pulley, and RSX base alternator and PS pump.

Update! I ran the gates k060532 belt with removed ac compressor. Works flawlessl!!! I'll be ordering the blue gates racing belt this time. Same part number.

Only difference in blue belt is color I presume? I guess I can try that belt next but if still love to hear if anyone has found a 7 rib belt

ordered that expensive belt and it doesn't even fit. it is about an inch to short
As you can see from the Video the Belt does fit. However I only found out later that you need the smaller Crank Pulley to make this belt work, which I believe is (13810-PRC-003)
I have bought one an will update my post once I've received it and can verify that it fits and resolves the problem.

anyone know witch belt will work for a k24a2 long block with no a/c,..
I have a tsx 2.4 & burned up the ac clutch/compressor & needed a belt fast. It took a few tries but 52" worked perfect (with no power steering pump - ep3 eps)
