Aftermarket intakes are designed to fit on the throttle body, not the stock air box... Are you trying to go cheap and make a CAI from a SRI and the stock box?... You're weird.

No it won't fit. Just buy an aftermarket intake. They all replace the stock airbox and rubber hose that connects the airbox to the throttle body.

The issue with the stock airbox is that that the incoming charge has to hook a 180-degree bend to get to the throttle body, thus really limiting the amount of timing advance the motor will handle. The K20 really wants a smooth and straight air path to the TB.

umm so u dont believe in extensive research that intake companies supposedly do on their product, and just want to build ur custom one? :)
then go to autozone and get whatever pipe/filteres u need - its all hella cheap there, both cash and quality hehe
