I cant seem to find any, also I need a school (if there is such a thing) so I dont suck as much as I would without one. That and I just dont want to screw anything up and look like an idiot, I know the Road Racing isn't anywhere near my current abilities right now, but this summer I wanna do as much Auto-X as I can to please my parrents so they will buy me some mods and let me install them so they dont think im street racing.

There are sevearl tracks in south FL. Moroso on the other coast and Sebring right in the middle of the state come to mind.

If you need a racing school try Skip Barber Racing . They are a great school for several reasons. One of which used to be, and probably still is, when you are taking the actual 3 day racing school you have no liability for crashing. That is a HUGE benefit.

You could also try the SCCA. I haven't done anything with them in a while but there are plenty of people who can help you out. Just find an auto-x in your area and go politely ask questions. :)

There is an autocross in Gainesville next week, and and autocross at Sebring in June.

CFR usually runs in Tampa in the summer, but it doesn't look like they've secured any dates yet.
Another club to check out is Gulf Coast Autocrossers out of Ft Myers.

They have a 2-day event once a month (I think this weekend). Saturday they have 2 coarses (1 test and tune, and 1 novice school). Then Sunday they use the whole runway, usually a mile long coarse thats usually pretty fast.
Your third option is the Sunriders Miata club out of St Pete/Tampa

They have an autocross coming up next week as well- but Gainesville is a better site IMO.

There ya go,
