Like everyone else said, you sit way too far away and your steering wheel grip is terrible. It is important to not anticipate the turns and shuffle around the wheel. Keeping your hands at the 3 and 9 position keeps your brain knowing where center on the steering is at all times.

Watch how touring car legend John Cleland uses the wheel.

As far as seating position goes, I like to be as close to the wheel as possible while still maintaining the ability to heel-toe and not get my knees caught up on the dashboard while doing so. Sitting closer to the wheel makes is so that you steer using more of your shoulders and lats versus using your forearms. Using larger muscles to steer means you get tired less, and can toss the car around easier. Pay no attention to my steering input though, proper wheel grip goes out the window on small courses where you're going lock to lock all the time.

I did watch your second video and your wheel grip is much, much better. I can't get a good idea of your seating position due to the camera angle though. Don't get dead set on your hands always having to be at 3 and 9 though. If you need more leverage, move the inside hand to the 12 position to help you gain leverage for turns that require more effort. Also, Copafeel mentioned solid grip. I feel that it should be said that there is a difference between a solid grip and a death grip. You can be loose and relaxed and still have a solid grip on the wheel. A death grip is just going to wear you out and possibly cause health problems.

The new car is stupid fast compared to the RSX. This lap won Unlimited AWD over weekend and it was only 1 of a few laps I completed all weekend due to some electrical issues. 6 seconds faster then the RSX ever went. Also running low boost tune and no front splitter. Ill say this car will easily go 5 seconds faster on high boost with full aero.
