Hi guys,
I seem to have a transmission problem with my RSX. When disengaging the clutch (or just spinning the driveshaft with your hand), a weird clunking (clanking?) noise occurs. I'm not sure what it is yet however, but a friend and I we're going to remove the casing tonight and take a look, and hopefully it's just a syncro or something banging around. It's not the throwout bearing, as we've already dropped the tranny and it is something on the inside of the transmission.
I did some searches, and one website I found was http://www.gearspeedwholesale.com/category_s/333.htm
However, they seem to only sell 1st and 2nd gears, what if the problem lies in another gear? Am I missing something or is there maybe a better website to get the parts off of?
I can record the noise with my phone tonight if wanted.
