brutalized rear coilovers - only replace bushings?

Driver side rear


Passenger side rear


Do I just need bushings for the driver side rear? Apart from bushings what else is needed, the coilovers look completely different lol

Looks like bushing only so long as shock body is in good condition without leaks and functioning correctly
