Not all things are supported and some will say "not supported"

Main thing is that the emissions says its ready.

they all say not "supported" from Catalyst to EGR. I just tried disable/enable to see if that would fix it but no luck.

When you enabled ODB II, did you reupload your calibration? Changing the ODB II setting requires a complete reupload of the calibration.

Try uploading a new calibration anyway if you are still having problems.

just set readiness and go. Dont turn car off to be safe. Done!
I read on here that ODB2 doesn't need to be turned off because it doesn't affect what Set Readiness does. Is that true?

Hmm, found this little "how to" (might be the ones to fix what I'm missing (heated cat, secondary air injection, A/C refrigerant, EGR systems)

OBD-II Drive Cycle
(Taken from Understanding OBDII: Past, Present & Future)
The OBD-II drive cycle begins with a cold start (coolant temperature below
122 degrees F and the coolant and air temperature sensors within 11 degrees
of one another).

NOTE: The ignition key must not be on prior to the cold start otherwise the
heated oxygen sensor diagnostic may not run.
1. As soon as the engine starts, idle the engine in drive for two and a half
minutes with the A/C and rear defrost on. OBD-II checks oxygen sensor heater
circuits, air pump and EVAP purge.

2. Turn the A/C and rear defrost off, and accelerate to 55 mph at half
throttle. OBD-II checks for ignition misfire, fuel trim and canister purge.
Hold at a steady state speed of 55 mph for three minutes. OBD-II monitors
EGR, air pump, O2 sensors and canister purge.

3. Decelerate (coast down) to 20 mph without braking or depressing the
clutch. OBD-II checks EGR and purge functions.

4. Accelerate back to 55 to 60 mph at half throttle. OBD-II checks misfire,
fuel trim and purge again.

5. Hold at a steady speed of 55 to 60 mph for five minutes. OBD-II monitors
catalytic converter efficiency, misfire, EGR, fuel trim, oxygen sensors and
purge functions.

6. Decelerate (coast down) to a stop without braking. OBD-II makes a final
check of EGR and canister purge.

So I just failed as well so what I need to do is hook up the USB just go to Online > Set Readiness? And then don't turn the car off? and have some private inspection place do it for me? Does that sound about right?

Well physically the CATs are not there, but the system said "READY" and then in Jersey Engine Misfire "UNSUPPORTED" and Fuel System " UNSUPPORTED" So most people just said go set the readiness and then don't turn off the car and let someone you "know" run the test for the car.

I am confused. Did they flunk you visually, for the race header, or just based on the code?

All based on code, so I'm wondering if the readiness will just fix that problem. Cause the guy seemed cool he said look man, if you get my computer all Readinses scores some how, you pass.

If I set the readiness will it give me a confirmation on the settings or anything like that in the kpro manager?

No, it just accepts the settings. Only the OBDII scanner will confirm anything.

Do you have the printout from the emissions shop?

You should show completed next to catalyst, evap, o2, o2 heater... as long as none of them say fail, I don't see why you wouldn't pass. Hell, most states let you have up to 2 monitors not ready and will still pass you depending on the year of the car.

Misfire/Fuel/Comp should be supported though....

you should be able to make them n/a also, meaning the obd2 test wont check any of them, because the ECU is telling the inspection station there is nothing to check, my buddy does this with his evo when i inspect it for him.
