I had an issue with my MAP sensor deciding to die when I bled my clutch slave. Car ran kinda like that, was running rich as hell, wouldn't run without giving it a lot of gas, and would stall out. Much easier to diagnose if you have a K Pro though. Did you disconnect the MAP and TPS connectors when you pulled the transmission? If you did, did you plug them into the correct sensor when hooking everything back up?

yea I do have kpro and it's not throwing any codes. I did disconnect the my map sen and tp sen but I thought I connected them back up correctly. Odyssey battery voltage was @ 10.4v. And I had that charged as well so I have no idea what's going on

It won't throw a code unless it gets no signal from that sensor. A broken TPS and a broken MAP sensor will still give the ECU signal, it just won't be the right signal. I couldn't figure it out after I flushed my clutch, so I hooked up my laptop and found that the MAP sensor was reading 12 psi at idle and then everything made sense.
