i have this loud clunk coming from my car when i reverse and turn the wheels to the left and back to the right. its an 06 type-s everything is stock :dontknow: anyone have any ideas on what it could be im going to acura monday

I have the same problem with my 2005 type s. I bought the car and had it in the shop for the same problem 10 times within the first 6 months of owning the car. The dealership couldn't find the problem so I finally started a lemon suit. The car started out making a slight noise when I would turn or hit small bumps. Then it started to sway a little more than usual when turning. Then it started to eat my tires up and bounce the car when I would go over 30mph on the road. Now I can't even drive the car. If anyone else has this problem you need to get it fixed right away.

ya , alot of people have the clunking noise , it comes standard with the rsx-s and rsx base along witht he grinds lol.....i kno i had it on my 06 rsx and i took it to the dealership ..they tried to fix it butt the problem continued to persist...i think they did a petition on the clunking noise a while back on these forums cause everyone had it.........once u take it to the dealership, the noise will go away for a bit then it will come back....just hope for the best...ama take mine in again soon goood lucccccckk

damn you are exactly right..everytime i get my car out of the dealership its smooth and no noise..but after a few weeks it starts again....
