I recently noticed that the clutch pedal had to be pushed all the way to the floor to shift into 1st and felt stiff, especially if cold. 2006 RSX-S that had aftermarket CMS and Slave about 2 years ago because of a leak. No leaks now and the fluid level is stable. The free-play was about 22mm. I adjusted it as far as possible and it is still just over the 16mm limit. Does this imply the CMS is bad or are there other (worse) things to look for? I've been searching but this is my first post. Thanks.

Follow-up on clutch issue

With the adjustment as far as possible (lengthening the pushrod) the shifting feels fine. It looks like the rod has to move 1/4" or so before the CMS piston moves. With the self-adjusting clutch does that imply the CMS or slave is failing, clutch wear, or bent clutch fork? I feel like leaving it alone for now. Thoughts?
