I think my clutch is going bad. The engagement point is way above the floor now.

After reading the helms I've tried to adjust the engagement point, but the 12mm bolt is stuck and I think I might have stripped it a little:thumbsdow !

Can any local shop loosen the bolt and do the adjustment? Also, how much would they charge?
