Okay so when you say cut the line as far as you can you mean

okay so when you say cut the line as far as I can you mean follow the line underneath the car and cut it as far as I can right ? And when you say you cut the line pointing towards the outside of your car facing the rear, that was still on the engine bay?i found 2 pictures of how some people is running the line as how I was thinking, one is supercharged and the another one has a k20/k24 I think, one has the line capped and he says he hasn’t have any problems for a year, this is the link of the forum Lazar559's MM RSX Type-S
here’s where i cut it at the rear it’s facing the driver side sideskirt. I followed that line from the bay.I didn’t cut any of the headlines. But i am doing that right now since I’m under it lol

Should be that hardline but just to make sure check it on yours. I chopped all oem fuel lines and i can’t see where so if you’re on the oem fuel system be careful. That’s why i said to follow the line. This is the lines in the bay again. One is fuel the other is evap. If u look right under the wrapped ac line the nipple is bent towards the back driver side of the valve cover. But both of those lines are cut around the tank so it’s venting to atmosphere and the fuel line is just there. Lol

Yep. Just one line for the evap in the bay. I believe it’s the bigger hardline right there. Do you have kpro?

Ohhhh okay cool. well if ktuner is like kmanager then i can tell you how to disable it. i have the ktuner software but it cant be open without the ecu plugged in. but on kpro the evap/purge system control is under parameters>misc>purge system. but mines enabled after just looking at it lol i guess if it throws a code find the purge system on the software and disable it then upload that with your basemap you put on it.

Ive got an 05 but i did the kpro with the conversion harness. should have got ktuner after messing with it a bit on my buddies 18 accord. its pretty much got all the same stuff just missing a little bit of what kpro can do but nothing major

I’m wondering what would do delete the evap without disable it on kpro or Ktuner 🤔 I mean i just wonder if it would throw a sensor like an o2 sensor when you instal a race header or would actually make your car run bad or go lean, and I’ve heard you have more management options with kpro? there’s people who say that is better over Ktuner, but i our case( 05-06 Rsx) is cheaper Ktuner also you can shoot flames lol I bought the kswap version, I can’t manage it just my tunner but I was a lot cheaper before it was running on a k24 rsx on e85, weird thing it works in my car too lol

I had mine disabled at first when i got done installing my turbo kit but my buddy who also tunes told me to leave the purge enabled (evap) and i turned it back on and I’ve never had a check engine light. But the sensor is still plugged in and the vac is plugged so i wonder if that’s a trick? I hear people getting codes all the time from that little canister on the rail for the evap going bad.So i have no idea. And yeah I’ve heard a lot of mixed stuff on ktuner with the rsx but i was still about to get it till i hit a jackpot at the casino then said kpro it is! Lmfao i am very familiar with Kpro. And you’ll also need to become familiar with your tuning management also. Just in case something happens and you need to disable something or a sensor fails and it’s in limp mode and your xxx miles away from home or something lol

Yeah I know and I really would like to get into tuning management but Rn I’m focused in another stuff with my car and tbh ecu plus street tune for 400 is a really good deal I think, anyways I’ll ask my tunner later on to install the end user into the ecu when u go k20k24
