I dunno if anyone else had this problem, but when i was putting on my oracle red vinyl because of the akward curve on the back light of the RSX there was always an open space when i applied the vinyl. Its kinda hard to explain this but u can say the light on the RSX looks like ( and when i tried applying it there were always open spaces on the top and the bottom. I decided to get the precut decalgirl.com red vinyl but this time because i am actually paying money i seriously dont want to screw up. I was wondering if i had to do the same soapwater/blowdrying with the decal girl precut red vinyl and if the decalgirl.com precut measured it precisely so that there are no open spaces on the top and bottom .

THanks for your help guys.

Im rpetty sure that you will have to blowdry it. Dont use the soap and water. Just start applying it from the inside of the light(nearest the "A" emblem) then work it out till the end. When you get to the curve in the taillight, that is when you blowdry it. It will REALLY HELP if someone holds the blowdryer for you while you continue to press the sticker to the taillight. Just stretch it around the corner after it gets warm(will only take a few seconds so dont heat the sticker too long or it might melt out of shape).

if you do it slowly, you can apply it without the blow dryer or soap, i've done it for ppl lat least 15 times, just take your time, ...and just in case order two sets ;)

i didn't like the blow the dryer. i found that it almost stiffened up the vinyl, and that it didn't help soften it up around the corner at all. like copmagnet said, just go slowly and pull steadily until you get it to stretch enough to go around the corner without stretching too much.
