yea man if its a small ding or dent call up a body shop or look for some company that deals with "paintless dent removal" I have used this service to get rid of door dings, i had about 6 of them on 2 doors and they got rid of all of them for 150 bux CAD, they didnt need to drill holes or repaint; its great.

just search or lookup "paintless dent removal services" or call a dealer bodyshop they usually have a guy that does that work for them.

P.S. they can do large dents too.
Ok, first take a couple deep breaths and resist the urge to do anything to it yourself.

Second, call around and try and get a hold of a reputable Paintless Dent Removal place. Dealerships usually have a guy they use regularly, so you could call a few of them and ask.

The Paintless Dent guys can fix shit that would blow your mind. I know its going to suck in the mean time but I'm pretty sure you will be happy with the results.
Thanks guys one of my friends works at honda. I guess ill give him a call later. I really hope this is a easy fix i cant even look at my car right now im so mad.
Just wondering i heard dry ice takes out dents. Im not going to try this unless its safe for the paint just wondering if anyone had tried this.

Correct, do this. However, if you avoid the dealership it will be cheaper.

Those guys do an amazing job. I had a nasty little door ding and now its perfect again. He only charged $60 and came to my house. Don't try anything yourself, get one of these guys, you won't regret it.
