Im looking for a muffler for my 06 acura rsx type s. I want something that sounds quiet on low rpms but if i hit hight rpms to be louder. Right now i have something that when i hit 2 rpms it gets super loud for no reason.

What muffler do you have now? Generally, I'd think any muffler that's a straight-through design with a ton of baffling material around it should give you what you want. Just go for a quality brand, because those cheap big-body mufflers on eBay look like they'd do well, but they don't actually have any baffling material in them:
