Fuel issues.

I am having some real odd fuel issues. This is something that just started occuring. In pretty much any gear if I go WOT, I hit lean cut. Before this occured, my A/F would read at about 11.4-11.8 immediately. My A/F stays in the mid to high 13s at WOT now. I have tried adding 10% to the overall fuel trim just to see if it would go rich, and no dice... A/F still stays in the 13s. Duty stays low, and my injector pulse gets up to about 5 till I hit cut. I have my protection set to 13.5 at 5psi. I have even tried putting the car in 6th gear doing like 20mph, at WOT my A/F still stays in the 13s. I have checked all my lines in the tank, from the pump to the bulk head, and all the clamp on the pump is tight. The feed line off of the pump is brand new, so no holes. My fuel system setup is as follows;

-8AN Feed (I just put this in last night in hopes it would help, was on the stock feed)
-6AN Return
BDL Rail
BDL Reg.
Intank Walbro
RC 750s.

Both the feed and return are on bulkhead fittings on the top of the fuel assembly.

is your primary o2 sensor bad???
take out your pump ... make sure your lines are clamped down well or not damaged ... i had the same issue ... leaning out big time ... after about 10 times of taking my pump out i just cut one of the factory fuel lines off and used aftermarket stuff ... might be your problem ... this also helped me ... the first few steps is what im talking about ... http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=357441
haha i should have read what you said a lil more before i came to any conclusions .. my bad
well, did you screw around w/ kpro and mess something up? try uploading the original map....... (obvious i know)

I have the same problems...can't figure it out. My shop keeps telling me I need this thing that fluctuates the volts of electricity to my pump so that it works properly. Anywhere I take it they all say that its one of the first times they have seen this problem. :dontknow:
Next thing that doesnt make sense... When I get down to about a quarter tank, the fuel cut isnt as fequent. I checked my fuel presure, and it rises like its supposed to when reg. sees boost. As far as my O2, im kinda clueless on that, it seems to be working fine. One thing I am going to try is wiring a relay for the pump. RSXs A-Spec maybe you should try that as well. It doesnt keep the voltage 100% but it does help with the amp draw.

I have tried uploading a couple of maps, and still hit fuel cut...
why not try re-installing the stock pump; you should be ok at 5psi if its around -300whp. if the problem reoccurs you'll know you walbro wasnt a factor cause it very well could be.
It is your primary o2. I know this from experience! It makes sense. You added 10% fuel, it didn't change anything. 10% would have enabled you to WOT without hitting lean cut
I dont have my stock pump, never got it back when the walbro was installed. Is there a way to check the O2 or do I just replace it?
They range around $170~$200 brand new.
I would get the PLX series wideband o2 and wire it to work with k-pro
best way to check wideband. add another 10% fuel. if duty cycles go up but AF stays the same....
I got logs of before and after adding 10%. The duty didnt change, they both peaked at just under 30.

I dont know why it would matter, but one thing I did notice tonight when I was logging is when my IAT was under 140, it didnt hit cut... I think it might be coincidence. The weather down here right now at 10 at night is 83 degrees with 67% humidity.
its your primary o2. mine does the same. so i no longer run lean protection.

if u have a wideband, disable lean cut, and go into boost and see ur a/f via wideband.
Any ideas on where to pick up an O2 sensor? All the part stores around me want $220.
Shouldn't He have a check engine light if it was the 02 sensor? Or Kpro advise of this?
