Well, i was washing my car today and i saw rust building up in my front grill. ( Grill tech )

how can i remove it and prevent it in the future? any kind of coating i can use?

that sucks... they must not have a rust proof metal, and just painted it...

you could remove by sanding, or sandblasting it, then painting with something like Rustoleum, the have it powder coated. The powdercoat may take longer for the debris to chip through to the metal...
