Hey all,

I’ve been running my turbo setup with redone heater hoses to avoid touching the manifold for about a year and it’s held up fine so far.. But the heater hard line is awful close to my wastegate and I’d like the peace-of-mind of moving it well out of the way. I don’t mind deleting heat, just curious how you all run your turbo coolant lines. I was thinking of cutting the hard line down shorter, towards the front of the engine and capping it with a rubber coolant cap. I’d be leaving the nipple on the hard line by the throttle body and running my turbo coolant lines between that and the upper coolant housing. Would there still be sufficient coolant flow throughout the engine if I cap the block and hard line this way?

Thanks!
