Need more details. Kpro? mods? last time any services are done?
I have an AEM Cold Air Intake and a Megan Racing exhaust. I just changed my oil and spark plugs about a week ago. My CEL came on while driving, i had it read and it was a misfire in cylinder 4, so i did the spark plugs and it went off. Now this is happening.
switch coil packs and wait for check engine light see what coil might be dead blinking check engine leads to misfire since you have race header you've eliminated the possibility of your CAT being bad
Blinking CEL means that you have a misfire. You need a code read to determine what cylinder is causing the problem before you can properly diagnose this problem.

Do you have k-pro?
Without k-pro, the CEL won't blink for misfires. It would be something else causing it to blink.

What spark plug did you use?
I used NGK Laser Iridium spark plugs. It is a misfire in Cylinder 4. I do not have K-Pro.
Move the coil to cylinder number 3 and see if the misfire follows the coil. Also check to see if the plug is wet.

From what i know that is False, cell blinks when misfire is bad enough to cause catalyst damage. I would swap coils like others recommend and see if misfire follows.
I have misfires on cylinders 2,3,4 right this moment I have no mods, stock 04 types s before the misfires I had an o2. Sensor CODE that would come up here am there . one day it went away .then one night I was going 100 mph and and the next day I had a misfire on cylinder 4 sometimes 2 I have 230,000 miles I’m assuming it could be the piston rings fuel pressure rod bearings maybe I checked the valves✅ injectors✅ Coils✅ I have to do a compression test and fuel pressure test Also one time I added a fuel additive brand VP octane booster and that cleared the code the exhaust did not have a popping noise the whole day
