Probably because it did not comply with the rules for the market place, which appears at the top of every for sale sub section. Examples (but not limited to) failing to post a picture(s), a selling price, or creating a thread in the wrong section. Please take a moment to read the rules here

If you would like your thread(s) to be reopened, make a request for it in here. A mod can do so and give you some time to make the necessary changes, but failing to do so again will be penalize...
